3. Place order and pay right here on the website.
4. We will email you to confirm which cuts of meat you prefer and ask if you would like us to ship it or you can pick it up at our Denver, CO shipping facility (11000 E 40th Ave, Denver, CO 80239).
5. We will let you know once your meat is ready for shipping or pick-up (about 4-8 weeks after you order).
6. Your meat will arrive individually flash-frozen, vacuum sealed, and labeled.

Certified USDA Organic cattle are raised on 100% Organic Grass from birth while grazing in open Colorado pastures, never in a feed lot. Very lean beef with little to no fat content. Always Antibiotic and Hormone free.
Prosper Steakhouse Beef (Steakhouse)
Cattle are fed an optimized mixture of Prosper Farms Colorado Grown Hay, Natural Native Grass, Corn and Distillers Spent Grain. Raised and marketed for high end steakhouses, you can enjoy the same top notch quality at home from Prosper Meats with our Prosper Steakhouse cuts. Always Hormone free.

Founded in 2008, Global Animal Partnership (GAP) is a non-profit organization made up of farmers, scientists, retailers, manufacturers, and animal advocates, all collaborating with a common purpose: improving farm animal welfare. GAP is making a difference by creating and managing a comprehensive 5-Step® Welfare Rating Program for farm animals, where farms & ranches are audited every 15 months by an independent third-party. Through our 5-Step® Rating Program and labeled product program, producers and consumers can choose to support a program that continuously improves the lives of farm animals step by step.
GAP defines animal welfare as 3 overlapping components that together with good management and genetics, contribute to good animal welfare:
- Health & Productivity – raising animals so that they’re healthy and productive with good quality feed and water, shelter, and free from disease, illness and injury (but treating any animals that get sick).
- Natural Living – raising animals in environments that allow them to express their natural behaviors effectively – both indoors and outdoors
