Refund/Replacement Policy

At Prosper Meats, we are committed to delivering top-quality frozen meat products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our policy below for information on refunds and/or replacements:

 

Refunds/Replacements

    1. Eligibility:

  • Refunds/Replacements are issued in the following circumstances:

    • The customer received a damaged or defective product.

    • The customer received the wrong item.

    • The product did not meet quality expectations (subject to review).

    2. Exclusions from Refunds/Replacements:

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for products that have been in the customer's possession for more than:

    • 7 days for regular a-la-carte orders from the date of delivery.

    • 30 days for bulk orders such as Whole, Half, and Quarter Beef from the date of delivery.

  • We cannot guarantee the quality of the product if it has not been stored and handled according to our guidelines.

    3. Refund/Replacement Process:

  • If you believe you are eligible for a refund and/or replacement, please contact our customer service team within:

    • 7 days of receiving your order for regular a-la-carte orders.

    • 30 days of receiving your order for bulk orders (Whole, Half, Quarter Beef).

  • Provide your order number, details of the issue, and any relevant photographs along with your preference of refund or replacement.

  • Our team will review your request and determine eligibility for a refund or replacement of product. Upon approval, notification of resolution will be sent via email.

 

Note: We do not accept returns/exchanges due to the perishable nature of our products and the inability to restock or resell items once they have left our facility. Thank you for understanding.
